Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of credit, sales, and marketing within the equipment finance industry. In addition to her work experience, Melissa is completing her MBA with a focus in accounting and corporate finance. She also invests her time and talents to serve the community and most recently served as President of the Waconia/West Carver chapter of Rotary International from 2008-2009.
Melissa enjoys: reading, hiking, biking, skiing, paddling, and outdoor adventure travel.

Lane has a diverse career history including work as a biologist, health unit coordinator, and health services consultant. Lane has also served as a law enforcement officer, and a chief operations officer for the United Nations in E. Europe. Lane has completed his course work for a Master’s Degree in Project Management with a focus in international business. Lane’s professional experiences prove invaluable in helping customers apply scalable technology.
Lane enjoys: adventure guiding, outdoor travel, fly fishing, skiing, golfing, and hunting.
